Fully Restored to "Bling" Specification, Available from Stock, No Exchange Necessary
All three variants available to suit 1600cc, Siamese bore 2 litre and spreadbore 2 litre.
All have had brass spindle bushes fitted and reamed in situ and new spindles and butterflies fitted. All new diaphragms, gaskets fibre washers, needle valve and seals have been used. All steelwork has been re-plated and the castings vapour blasted.
Once restored, they are all run for around 5 miles on a Series 1 Land Rover for testing and initial set-up.
Solex B40PAIO-5, B40PAIO-5A and B40PAIO-6 carburetters are available, fully restored and tested (statically). They have brass spindle bushes, new spindles, butterflies and needle valves. They are assembled with new diaphragm, gaskets and seals as well as a new throttle pump rod. All are set-up on a Series 1 so that the idle speed and mixture should be 'plug and play'. A variety of different dates are available.
As with the Solex carbs for earlier Land Rovers, these have been vapour blasted and have re-plated steelwork. All have brass spindle bushes fitted along with new spindle and butterfly. They have been reassembled using a new needle valve and all-new gaskets, seals and ecomony valve diaphragm. They have been tested and set-up on a Series 1 Land Rover (statically) and the idle speed and mixture has been set.

Gearbox has been cleaned and re-greased in water-proof grease and the electrical section cleaned, reassembled and tuned for lowest current draw. Supplied with stainless steel mounting studs, all seals and stainless steel park bracket.
These have been stripped, cleaned and re-painted in a similar silver to original. Filament Deposition Manufacturing (FDM) Items Designed and Printed in House
Suitable for all Land Rover engines from 1600 Series 1 to 300TDi. This bolts to the underside of the crankcase and helps guide in the cork or rubber seal while fitting the rear main bearing cap.
Bolt this to the two studs at the back of the gearbox and drill through the two bosses with a 3mm drill bit. Remove jig and punch the outer race of the inner laygear bearing with ease!
This Jig holds the new spindle, throttle stop and butterfly in the correct position to drill the spindle for the new throttle stop pin. It also sets the correct clearance for the stop from the body. Available for H1, H2, H4, H6, HD8 and HV4 carburetters
Printed in PETG with Carbon Fibre, this is a replacement for the original Smiths part which are rare and expensive. Also available as an extended version to allow for Clayton matrix conversions.
Exact Replicas of Original Parts Scaled Down for Pedal Cars
Designed from the original Lucas FW2 wiper motors as fitted to late Series 1, Series 2 and Series 2A Land Rovers. These are 3D printed in PLA and come complete with park brackets, wiper arms and blades as well as a drilling jig for accurate fitting.
A half-size replica of an SU H2 carburetter (from a Morris Minor!) which has been designed with a special inlet manifold to match the J40 and make fitting easy with number-plate tape. It is printed in satin-finish PLA and has hand-painted brass parts.
Complete with screw-in acorns, this distributor cap has been designed so that the wires that come through the flitch plate on the J40 can pass straight through it. Make sure you get the firing order right!
Complete with a fixing bracket, this half-scale coil has a screw-in acorn and is printed in two colours of PLA, satin for the coil body and black for the cap.
This is a representation of a typical 1950's radiator complete with a (fixed) radiator cap. Again, printed in PLA with a black radiator and satin silver cap.
Includes the carburetter, ignition coil, distributor cap and radiator top
A cutaway model of an original SU H2 carburetter, printed at 150%. This includes every single part that makes an SU, including all the gaskets and fibre washers. Only the springs are not 3D printed. This could be dismantled and reassembled with care. There's even a float, working needle valve, working piston and metering needle.
Carefully recreated gaskets cut from quality gasket paper and designed to fit!
The early 'ring-pull' and early 'yellow-knob' gearboxes in 80" Land Rovers between 1948 and 1950-ish were fitted with free-wheel gearboxes that had two unique gaskets, one between transfer box and inner housing (Rover 217678) and one between the two housings (Rover 217679). If you can find originals, you will discover that they shrink after 70 years of storage!
Gasket for the oil seal for the primary pinion on a long-nose diff for early 80" Series 1 Land Rovers
This gasket is for the clutch housing cover on an LT76 gearbox and certainly fits all (non-freewheel) Series 1s and Series 2 but there were differences after Series 2 which means it may not be suitable for these. This has the correct sized holes for the mounting studs and they're all in the right places!
Available in both sizes to suit 14/45 and 65, as well as Talbot 75/90 and 105/110.
Gaskets are available for mounting the handbrake mechanism and propshaft swivel to the AG14/45 gearbox; for the handbrake extension; differential cover; balance pipe between engine and gearbox and for the magneto cover on the engine. They may well fit other Roesch Talbots so please enquire if these are of interest.
